The Lancia Stratos is one of the best free alternatives if you unlock it through exploration rewards or Barn Finds.

Keep the chain alive with speed and wreckage bonuses

The best part is that this method naturally earns XP and exploration progress at the same time.

Once you start farming efficiently, Skill Points pile up very quickly. The important thing is spending them on mastery trees that actually return value.
The Subaru 22B Super Wheelspin Loop
This is currently one of the most popular farming loops.
Buy duplicate 1998 Subaru Impreza 22B-STI Version models from the Autoshow, then spend around 30 Skill Points unlocking the Super Wheelspin in its mastery tree.
